What is the Missouri A+ Scholarship Program?

Students who complete all Missouri A+ Scholarship Program requirements are eligible to receive two years' tuition and general fees as a full-time student at any of Missouri's public community colleges or public vocational or technical schools. What is the mathematics proficiency requirement?
