The 2026-2027 School Calendar was approved at our February Board of Education meeting. Maryville - along with more than 100 Missouri school districts - petitioned the State Board of Education to waive the 14-day requirement in state statute, which would have allowed us to begin the school year earlier than August 24. That request was denied, making August 24 the earliest day students may attend.

Due to a water line break at Maryville Middle School, the water will need to be shut off at the building. As a result, MMS students in grades 5–8 will be dismissed today (2/3/2026) at 1:30 p.m. Bus transportation will be available on site.
To minimize disruption (including parent pick-ups, transportation, GO, and other building operations), all other district buildings will follow their normal dismissal routines.
